Housekeeping Services
Our residential cleaning services take into account the unique design, individual preferences and specific elements of each home, to clean just the way you like it.
A basic residential whole house cleaning service includes:
Vacuum – We vacuum all floors in every room. We will move furniture cushions and vacuum up crumbs, pet hair, and dust.
Mopping –We mop hardwood, tile, and linoleum floors.
Dusting – In order to reduce allergens all surfaces will be dusted including but not limited to mantles, entertainment centers, dresser surfaces, windowsills, end tables, baseboards, and ceilings.
Sanitize – We sanitize high-use areas such as bathrooms, kitchen counter tops, and doorknobs.
Bathroom – We wipe down and scrub bathroom faucets, sink basins, mirrors, vanities, counter tops, and the surrounding areas. We scrub soap scum and mildew from tile.
Kitchen - We wipe down the stove top, control knobs and outlets, cabinets, counter tops, and back splashes. We clean the grease and food splatters in your microwave and wipe down the exterior of all appliances including the exterior of the fridge.

We Do Not Provide
• Property Waste Removal / the location must be cleared prior to cleaners stepping onto the property
• Window tracks
• Repairing or changing out appliances
• We do not change out light bulbs
• repairing or installing glass, furniture, and décor
• Fire and Water damage restoration
• We do not provide services for the outside of the residences
• Pluming services, including but not limited to snaking clogs out of toilets, tubs, and other household drains
• We will not steam untreated wood floors as this may cause the floors to warp under the heat. It can also remove any beautiful staining or treatment done if not treated prior to steaming
• Oven cleaning – Save your money! Most, if not all stoves have a self-cleaning option.
If you cannot locate a self-cleaning option on your oven feel free to reach out for further assistance

You can cancel or start back up with us anytime.
We do request that you give us 24hr notice minimum prior to cancelling.
Payment is requested at the time of the cleaning (early is always acceptable). Individual offices may have policies that vary, but generally we accept cash and debit card. We apologize currently we do not accept checks as a form of payment
